CHELSEA SEAL SEASON WITH STYLE
An emphatic 5-1 victory over league bottoms Sunderland ensured Chelsea fc were able to end the season on a high and also made the sending off of Captain John Terry more memorable. Sunderland got off to a flyer with a powerful strike by Javier Maquillo in the 2nd minute, Brazilian Willian restored parities after the 8th minute when Marcos Alonso hit the bar with a curling free kick strike. Chelsea added more in the second half via a ferocious strike by Eden Hazard and substitute Pedro added gloss with a header after a misjudged clearance by Lescott. Another substitute, Michy Batshuayi got a brace with the second coming with the final whistle. During the game the players also organized a guard of honor for John Terry at the 26th minute in honor of his shirt number. Celebrations were in excess after the game with goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois getting the golden glove and Manager, Antonio Conte getting the Coach of the year award.

PREMIER LEAGUE ENDS IN GALORE
The finale fixtures of the Premier league ended in funfair with a total of 37 goals scored, Spurs brushed off Hull City 7-1 with Harry Kane grabbing a well-deserved hat trick to claim the Golden boot. In other grounds, Liverpool ran out 3-0 winners against Boro with the gunners getting a 3-1 win despite being a man down. Stoke also secured a lucky win at Saints Mary, Leicester got held against Bournemouth, Manchester United ran out 2-0 against Crystal Palace despite fielding some teens with youngster Josh Harrop getting a wonderful goal. Neighbors, City also ran out winners against Watford with a 5-0 win.

EUROPA BLUES FOR ARSENAL
Despite a spirited 3-1 win against Everton with goals from Bellerini, Sanchez giving them an early 2-0 lead they couldn’t make it count after Liverpool broke Boro resistance at the Anfield stadium with a 3-0 win meaning Liverpool qualify for the playoffs. Even with a win against Chelsea who seemed pretty off their game either due to the parties or holiday mode, Arsenal now ended the season with two Europa tickets, which really doesn’t get one a UCL spot.
MADRID STILL LA LIGA’S BEST
After a wonderful 2-0 performance against Malaga on the final day with goals from Ronaldo and Benzema, Real Madrid secured their La Liga title even though Barcelona won the Copa De Rey cup. Now they now face a daunting task of overcoming Italian giants Juventus at the Cardiff stadium come June 3rd.
Manchester United Secure Europa
A tactical performance by Jose Mourinho side against Ajax ensured a 2-0 win at the Europa finals thus securing a place in the Champions League next season. Goals from Pogba and Mkhitaryan gave Manchester United a well fought out win with Ajax unable to fashion any goal scoring chances against a well drilled team. Manchester United will now join Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester City in the spot for UCL next season.
TRANSFER FRENZY
With club competitions coming to a close, most clubs are getting in their cheque books to get in new blood into the teams. Real Madrid got in Theo Hernandez from Alaves, a young and promising left back with French Winners Monaco also getting Belgian hot prospect Youri Tielemans and also letting go of Bernando Silva to Manchester City who released a few players with Zabaleta joining West Ham for free and Clichy, Sagna, Cabalerro all searching for new clubs.
