Single’s World July Edition – 22

THOSE WHO ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO MARRY

I am excited to welcome you to the July edition of our Singles World for 2022. Here again, I will be discussing with you another characteristic of those you should not marry. May the Lord lead and guide you in choosing the right partner in the name of Jesus Christ.  As you read this write-up, I cover you with the blood of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Don’t Marry Someone who is Possessed by Demons – 1

  1.  Generally, there are people that are being oppressed by demons but who are not possessed by demons. If you live in a house that is infested with rats, that does not mean that you have rats living in you. This means that your house is under the infestation and invasion of rats. If you can get rid of the rats, you will be free from their menace. In Matthew 16, Jesus told His disciples that He was going to Jerusalem to suffer and die in the hands of His enemies. Peter objected to it and Jesus rebuked him and said, “Get thee behind me, Satan.” What this means is that Peter was under the influence of Satan, and so he yielded to the devil. That was why Jesus rebuked Satan who was behind the utterance of Peter. That was a clear case of oppression and not possession.

 

When a man or a woman is possessed by demons, it means that the demons are living inside of him or her controlling and directing all his or her actions. When someone is possessed by demons, he cannot do otherwise except what the demons tell him. His spirit is controlled by the devil. He cannot yield to the words of God except he is delivered by the power of the Holy Ghost. For instance, witches and wizards are possessed with witchcraft spirits, and there are many witches in churches today waiting for brothers to marry them just as there are wizards in churches today waiting for sisters to marry them. Unfortunately, you may not recognise them except the Lord reveals them to you through their actions, their confessions, in dreams, visions and through the discernment of spirits.

 

Even sometimes, when you recognise them, the devil will give you the spirit of doubt so that you will not believe it. In most cases, these witches in sisters’ clothing and wizards in brothers’ clothing are discovered after marriage when it will be too late to act. In the Old Testament, witches were to be stoned to death to show how detestable they were to God. Exodus 22:18 says, “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.” Today, many brothers are married to witches with knowing it, and many sisters are married to wizards. They are married to war and destruction. They are married to troubles and disasters. Getting married to a witch or wizard is like getting married to your enemy and your destroyer. Many husbands have been sent to their graves untimely by their witchcraft-possessed wives, and many wives have been sent to their graves untimely by their witchcraft-possessed husbands. We will now look at some of the characteristics of witches and wizards:

 

  • Witches and wizards have the ability to see into the realms of the spirit. They can seewhat physical eyes cannot see.  This is because it is generally believed that witches have spiritual eyes apart from their physical eyes. It is these spiritual eyes that enable them to project into the realms of the spirit. Can you imagine living with a spouse who has extra eyes with which he/she sees what you cannot see. You can hardly hide anything from him/her in the house although they are not omniscient.

 

  • They don’t want to be known because of their oath of secrecy. That is why they hide their identities and come to church especially churches that have no fire. No sister will ever tell you that she is a witch no matter your conviction, and no brother will tell you that he is a wizard. If you confront them, you may be looking for trouble if you are not strong spiritually.
  • They operate and hold their meetings at night or in dark places. Such places could be in the air, under the sea, on the land, on tree tops, in the rock or in the hills or in the planets. Witches are said to be meeting in baobab and iroko trees. They meet in guilds but their “séances” or meetings are spiritual. Only their souls attend the meetings. At night, witches leave their bodies asleep in their homes, while their souls fly off through the air to their meetings like balls of fire. When you think your partner is sleeping on the same bed with you or in her room, she has gone to the meeting of witches while it is only her body that is lying on the bed. Very scary!
  • Witches are usually very stubborn, rebellious and domineering. That is why they take delight in controlling and manipulating the lives of people – I Sam. 15:23.  They will force people to do whatever they want them to do. Remember Jezebel in the Bible who manipulated King Ahab to kill Naboth- 1 Kings 21. A witch can manipulate a man to be giving her his monthly salary while she (wife) will be giving him pocket money out of the money he has worked for. A witch can manipulate a bread winner with a promising career to resign his appointment without any reason and be a houseboy under her supervision. They can manipulate a man or woman to misbehave or do something that will provoke God. Witches do not want to submit to any authority apart from the Devil, their master. They always want to control others and force them to submit to their own will. If you marry a witch, she will be the one controlling you while you will be her slave. You will have to obey her order in the house if you love yourself. Don’t marry a witch, and don’t marry a wizard.

Please, don’t be afraid. You are covered with the blood of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ, you will not marry your enemy.

Prayers:

I bind the spirit of fear of witches over your life. I bind and arrest every witchcraft power assigned against your life. I decree that no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper. I destroy every witchcraft instrument deployed against your marriage; it shall not prosper. I command the eyes of witches and wizards monitoring your marriage to be blind. I silence the anger and wrath of witches against you. I command all the eaters of flesh to eat their own flesh. I command all the drinkers of blood to drink their own blood. You will not marry a witch. You will not marry a wizard. Your marriage shall not be controlled and manipulated by witchcraft powers. The Lord will give you the discerning of spirits to be able to unmask every brother or sister possessed with witchcraft spirits in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen.
